These are a formal register of only those cosmetic clinicians who have received approved education and training thus ensuring patient safety. This prestigious mark also outlines Dr Ricky’s commitment in maintaining the highest professional standards and safety within the aesthetics industry.

Unfortunately, the aesthetics industry is currently unregulated meaning there are individuals from a non-medical background and even practitioners from a medical background who have not received the approved and recognised training to carry out aesthetics treatments. This has sadly led to a sharp rise in the numbers of cases where harm has been done to patients. However the JCCP is working closely with the Government's Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to improve standards and regulation within the aesthetics industry.
